At Drishta Vidya LLP, we strive to ensure our participants receive the best value from our training programs. Refund eligibility depends on the specific program and the timing of your cancellation request. Generally, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start date of a live workshop are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future program, at our discretion.
To request a refund or cancellation, you must submit a formal request via email. Please include your full name, the name of the registered program, the date of purchase, and the reason for your cancellation. Refund requests made through other channels (e.g., social media or phone) will not be considered official until an email is received.
Certain programs, particularly our digital products, assessments, or specialized consulting services, may be non-refundable once accessed or once the service has commenced. Any non-refundable status will be clearly communicated during the registration or purchase process. For ongoing engagements, fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies and processing times.
